Scrollo AI is an AI powered content planning platform that generates viral content ideas, captions, and content calendars for social media creators on TikTok and Instagram.
You must create an account to use Scrollo AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Scrollo AI offers a free plan with 1 content generation per week at no cost. Premium subscriptions are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings.
You agree not to use Scrollo AI to generate harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service. You agree not to share your account credentials with others. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The content ideas, captions, and calendars generated by Scrollo AI are yours to use freely. Scrollo AI retains all rights to the platform, its design, code, branding, and underlying technology. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Scrollo AI platform without written permission.
Scrollo AI provides AI generated content suggestions as a starting point for your social media strategy. We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific views, followers, or engagement results. Content should be reviewed before posting. The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind.
Scrollo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms of service without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
